Arthritis of the shoulder joint is not a very common problem but in some cases where has been a fracture of the shoulder joint which has been not properly treated or in cases of long-standing degenerative ligament injuries in the shoulder, the shoulder joint can go for arthritis. In this case, shoulder replacement can be done to provide the pain-free joint with limited range of movement.
