Arthroscopic Surgery For Rotator Cuff Injuries

Arthroscopic surgery or keyhole surgery is very commonly done for rotator cuff injuries. Rotator cuff injuries can be injuries to the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis and teres minor. This is a very common sports injury and injury to the rotator cuff results in an inability to throw and painful thirty to ninety degrees movement of the shoulder. If you have a rotator cuff injury it can be treated by physiotherapy and exercises and if they do not recover completely with the exercises arthroscopic or mini-open repair of the rotator cuff can be done.
