In the early stage of hip arthritis using ultrasound guidance, Platelet Rich Plasma and bone marrow concentrate can be injected into the hip bone and around the hip joint and into the tissues surrounding the hip joint using ultrasound guidance this can be done in an early stage for arthritis of the hip.
