Apart from a cervical disc bulge, cervical spondylosis, cervical facet joint arthritis and nerve root compressions are very common problems which cause neck pain. If it is a disc bulge which is mild and early stage we can remove the disc and inject Platelet Rich Plasma into the disc by a procedure called Nucleoplasty which is done under live x-ray and fluoroscopic imaging x-ray and ultrasound. This is a daycare procedure and it involves the delivery of Platelet Rich Plasma and bone marrow concentrate in the area of nerve root compressions and or the disc bulge.
